one sketchbook page from tonight. i've noticed that i dont draw different types of people very often, got to remedy that.

all ref'd from the newspaper



also trying different types of drawing. my art prof is always talking about "soft edges" and "blurred edges" and "disappearing edges" so there's some of that around too.

Neither do I, its sort of similiar to drawing pages of hand gestures except probably more fun since its faces! I am loving your pencil work I havent touched pencils in forever.

thanks louise! i would like to be able to be this believable with my illustration work, its so much harder to make these things up out of your head ;p

higgeldy: yeah it is fun, i like making myself draw the one given, too, instead of always looking for the easiest, etc.

i LOVE pencils. if i could draw just with pencil or charcoal i would.
